Job description :
Petrovision Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to oversee all financial operations, reporting, and statutory compliance for the group, driving financial stability and supporting strategic growth within the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy & Control: Oversee and manage the complete financial lifecycle, including general ledger, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management for a $10M turnover business.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate monthly/annual financial reporting, adhering to IFRS and local statutory requirements in the AGCC region.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, variance analysis, and financial forecasting, with a focus on project-based profitability specific to EPC contracts.
- Risk Management: Manage tax planning, internal controls, and lead all external and internal audit processes.
Requirements :
* Age: Must be between 40 and 50 years old.
* Education: Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ICWA or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 10+years of progressive experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
* Industry: Proven track record in the Oil & Gas, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction), or Industrial Trading sectors is mandatory.
* Preference: Candidates based in or originating from India are strongly preferred due to familiarity with specific accounting practices and regulatory environments.
Nice to Have :
* Skills: Expertise in managing cross-border financial transactions and familiarity with the financial environment of the Middle East/AGCC region is highly desirable.
* Skills in Advanced Excel and Power BI desirable
