Job description :

Responsibilities :
- Bathing, dressing, grooming
- Helping with toileting and hygiene
- Assisting with mobility (walking, transferring from bed to chair)
- Preparing meals and feeding if necessary
- Giving medications as prescribed
- Helping with daily routines (sleep, exercise, hygiene)
- Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, dishes)
- Grocery shopping and basic errands
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
Monitoring basic health conditions (blood pressure, sugar levels if trained)
Observing changes in the patient’s health and reporting them
- Assisting nurses or family members when needed
